SHAVUOT – THE ROSES EASTER 15-16 May 2010
During the festival ‘Riso e Rose’, this year Patrizia Grossi , chef of Restaurant ‘LA TORRE’ will cooperate with Roberto Robotti, headmaster of ‘ Gan Ha Gefen – Monferrato in Jewish Sauce’, in order to create a new menu, in whch Jewish tradition and Monferrato local products will join together, to discover a noble and long lasting liaison. Hotel Candiani offers its hospitality with an interesting proposal:
Saturday15 May Arrival at Hotel Candiani h.19.45 –Merenda Sinoira (which is a typical sort of brunch, between lunch and dinner) at RESTAURANT LA TORRE (Cod mousse, Broccoli pudding, Mixed salad, assorted salami, a Tray of goat cheese, Chicken croquettes ‘ of the Hunter’, Apricot and Lavender cake ) h. 21.45: Visit to the ‘Sinagoga degli Argenti’ and at the Luzzati Collection. h. 23.00: The visit end with a cocktail in the Synagogue patio. Back to HOTEL CANDIANI
